Sundance's Independent Producer's Development Program Posted on Feb 1 2008 at 9:03pm by I don't think this is the correct title of your program designated to work with matching producers with screenwriters and directors to see merited films through to completion. But, I think it is a great idea. For this reason I want to make an offer:
(1) I will write a 2nd draft on an idea that I have for film that will be ready by the deadline March 1, 2008.
(2) If you know a Producer looking for a solid and intriguing topic about contemporary women he or she gets the first look at the treatment or 1st draft to be submitted. With the plan to option it upon approval and use it in your exciting program.
(3) This is a awesome opportunity for me and for a producer looking for fresh, timely, provocative material that would suit a young, hot, innocent ingenue ripe for a independent star vehicle.
(4) We don't have much time. Since I am not a producer the only way I can benefit by your program to this date is to write a script "pronto" and unite with someone who isn't satisfied with their screenplay inventory. Giddyup.
