Thanks to all those who worked together to create this film for the public's awareness. I really had no idea this procedure is so common in Iran. This has opened my eyes greatly. While watching it I caught myself on the verge of judging those who have helped to make this such a commonplace procedure, but I confronted myself with the reality that many of my own ways, though I am really not your average American female consumer who is into the latest fashion, makeup and hair trends, may still be considered unnecessary. Without judging, I will say this, which applies to all cultures.... if we continue to alter our bodies, what will make any of us unique and will there continue to be a such thing as natural beauty, or will that only apply to any land which we have not already turned into some mall, housing development, office building, etc?

    Great documentary!
