I am forming an organization to take arts education and eco awareness into the classroom. I have decided to call my project "Califauna" and to have as the vehicle for the education be California's Wildlife (cali-fauna). I am developing programs using our native wildlife to educate about habitat and loss of habitat due to urban sprawl and global warming issues and what we can do to make a change for the better. Integrating the sciences with the arts the program would then transition into art education.
I am looking for a little help, thoughts, directions and or advice.
