Just wanted to express my sincere apologies for the loss of your mother. Or maybe I shouldn't apologize but feel good that God and her Angeles have called her home, back to Heaven where she belongs. She was/is a beautiful spirit watching over our world.
Also... I had no idea about you or this church but now that I have found your group I gotta say.. i love it. I am a homosexual christian and have searched for a very very long time for a bunch of other accepting and understanding christians such as you all. I believe God loves us all and made each one of us unique. We are all children of God, no matter what sexual orientation we may be, race, age, etc.
But keep strong in your time of loss and know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your mother.
