I applaud the filmmakers! The thousands of miles they traveled to enlighten us all to the Corporate greed and takeover of our cities and land was almost too hard to take. To see the "mom & pop" stores fall prey to giant box stores from state to state and to get interviews from both sides of the issues was very refreshing in the one-sided Doc mentality these days. I do wish they could of focused on product a little more. Such as if I want to buy a rake. Then what is the cost and quality of that rake at the family hardware store versus going to Wal-Mart. But they did do a nice and I believe accurate job of following the money trail of these Corporate land-grabbers that take up stake in your town. Overall a very worthy Film that proves Indie America is standing up and fighting off these heartless companies even at the consequenses of losing their own business's. The film shows unforgetable images of the destruction of the Heartland of America and the soul of towns destroyed after accepting deals from companies such as Wal-Mart, Starbucks & Sams-Club.

Thank you for a wonderful film and I hope someday the filmmakers get back on the trail and find that Mom & Pop had indeed fought the battle and won!
