| This post may not go directly to jay baker but I just have some simple questions. My girlfriend and I have been watching one punk under god on sundance and have been really confused about the title. Whats so punk about you or your show? Im not trying to be rude but as a punk rock enthusiest, all I have heard is a bunch of lame folk music in the backround and nothing close to resembeling a punk rock note. Is your social distortion T shirt and your tattoos making you a punk? Its certainly not your attitude.

| i think most ppl when they hear someone being called a "punk" they take it as ur a trouble maker... and jay is well known for shaking it up, and he looks pretty punk to me.

| I was a punk in the 80's. It is not just about what music you listen to, it is about being on the fringe and taking a stance for what you believe. Jay has done that and continues to do that. I am not religous person, but I am spiritual. I find Jay brave, wise, interesting and, for sure, a punk.

| Punk music started back in the 60's - yes, the 60's with bands such as The Seeds, The Zombies (take a listen) I could go on and on - no they dont sound like Green Day (Thank God) but for their time, it was punk (so punk music doesnt always have to and shouldnt have the same sound - thats boring and there is no progress). Being punk is rebelling against the mainstream, taking a differnt point of view or adopting progressive way of thinking even if that doesn't make you popular punk definatley wasn't about being "cool". Everything Jay says, does and stands for is punk. Unfortunatley, many peoples opinions and ideas about punk are those of the fasionable punk -I listen to punk music and look like a punk so I'm punk, I'm cool - that is so mainstream - might as well join the cheerleading squad! Anyway, Jay rocks, he's doing a great job, he stands tall and true even though talking about God to many isn't the "cool" thing to do (imagine yourself going into your favorite "punk" bar and telling everyone that God loves them and that you would like to help them to have a relationship with their Holy Father! - yeah, not too many people can do that) and I support him all the way! This is something this world needs - everyone deserves to have a relationship with God. Jay is helping bring those to God who otherwise would have never known how much God wants to know THEM and how "cool" and special that realtionship is. Keep up the good work!
