I was anticipating this movie for about a week and it left me wanting more. This short film made me feel a little bothered and akward which I love. As I watched I couldn't help to get uneasy about what happens next and where it could go. I have to say that this was a pretty good short film. If you can, catch this film before it's too late or before it may end up not being shown for awhile or agian.

The website is also very intersting to visit. There isn't a lot to it but I liked the feel.

I have to say the director did a great job and so did the cast. =D

it'll be on again sometime on 1/27 or 1/28 in the morning.

    Anyone else see this film?

I saw bugcrush last night. Unfortunately didn't get to see all of it but I was pretty drawn in by it. When I turned it on they were in the car, and I found the characters and the look and feel of the film pretty captivating. When i came back to it a few minutes later, they were in the barn where the bugs were, and the kiss was about to happen. I was interested in the characters and was curious how this homo mash was going to be negotiated. Unfortunately, as much as I like horror and shock, I didnt really enjoy how the plot refracted into a druggy/rape scenario and then ended. Granted, it is a short film, which requires a punch, but it kind of reminded me of a Dennis Cooper novel (FRISK) and sort of a cheap thrill. Why do gay shorts always seem to be either sentimental or deathy? Given that, it was engaging.
