It starts out innocently enough. It's even kind of touching. A sad movie industry guy who's lost his wife wants a new one. He sets up auditions, under the pretense of casting a film. Then this previously-lyrical movie takes a hard left when he gets considerably more than he bargained for. I won't wreck the rest of the movie by giving details, but I will say that I sat down to watch this one with my wife and mother-in-law (who is cinematically adventurous) and they couldn't make it to the end.
I lent the DVD to my brother, who watches all kinds of disturbing stuff, and I still got in trouble. Enjoy.
