Stitched together from original footage, interviews and beautifully staged cutaways, this is an unstinting look at a complex talent, at once gifted and monstrous. From enfant terrible to stumblebum, a telling portrait of the artist. A case study in documentary craft.

Left me glued to the set watching his talent, his love of his craft come through, while he was coming undone. Well respected artists/musicians describe their reactions to his talents with awe....
