Kris Kross is gonna make ya, Jump! Jump! Posted on May 4 2006 at 8:40pm by Do jump scares make or break a movie? Or can a movie still be incredibly horrifying with out the sudden images and loud sounds and gore? I vote for the latter.
(P.S. if you didn't get the bad early-90's-rap reference from the subject line, consider yourself lucky.)
RE: Kris Kross is gonna make ya, Jump! Jump! Posted on May 6 2008 at 10:10pm by A movie can still be horrifying without these quick scare scenes. But it also depends how good the horror movie is. Maybe a terrible horror movie needs these. I hate these scenes, they make my stomach turn:-(
