| Does anyone remember what Maya Angelou said about practicing virtue. I believe it was something like, "if you live in fear, you can't practice any other virtues." The entire episode was amazing and this particular "thought" resonated with me, but I didn't write it down.

| She said: "That is the wonderful thing about the icon, you continue to grow and you develop courage the most important of all the virtues, because without courage you can’t practice any other virtue consistently. If you’ve seen another truth and have enough courage to change your way of thinking and say hey everybody you know what I said last week, I don’t believe that anymore – a little child straightened me out."
