My name is Devon aka Ryan and I am a ftm going into my senior year of highschool. Do you have any advice on tackling parents who do not understand in the least. I really want to take the first steps to having my outside mach my inside. Which would be just wearing guys clothes and get a boys haircut. At this point i am goign to have to wait a year to be the man i know i am. I am tired of being patient and really need some advice on being transgendered because by therapist and social worker don't know anything about it and I'm not really finding enough info online.I was wondering if you could give me some guidance on how to best handle parents and the best way to explain transexualism to them

My name is John aka Kimberlyn Hunter. Im a Female Impersonator from Monroe, Louisiana. I was watching tv last night and came across Transgeneration. Love the show. You really grab my attention from the beginning. I just wanted to say what a beautiful woman you are inside and out. I know what its like to be misunderstood in the world. Its not easy living the life that we in. But if we take it day by day, things will always work out in the end. Be proud of who you are. Dont let anyone ever tell you any different. Remember until you are happy with yourself within you will never be happy in life. And from what I could see, you are happy with who you are. Be strong, Be proud, Kick Ass!! ROCK ON RACI!! My name is Ash (Jonathan) I am 17 and FtM. I live in a small town where no one understands what it means to be transgendered. I saw Transgeneration and you guys are my heros. How do I talk to my parents and come out to my school?
