We have Tivo set up to record "Slings and Arrows", which it tries to do, but the online schedule on Tivo is wrong (3 hours off). I suspect it might have something to do with Comcast taking over from Time Warner as our cable provider.

Anyway, I thought Sundance Channel might want to know this, as any fans less intrepid than I (I figured out what was going on and, hopefully, managed a work-around by manually scheduling Tivo to record when the cable provider is actually showing it, rather than when Tivo thinks it's being shown) will most likely give up and stop trying to watch it.

Which would be a damn shame, as "Slings and Arrows" is a wonderful show and I enjoy it a lot.

Charter Cable (at least that piece of Charter serving northwestern Nevada) has the same issue...it appears the Sundance schedule that is used by TiVo is 3 hours off ie it seems to be providing an East Coast schedule rather than a West Coast schedule. Its not only the sched but the content Information is shifted as well.

I've contacted TiVo Customer Service and TiVo's rep stated she expects TiVo to be able to correct the problem within 10 business days; considering I talked to them this AM I'm hoping that March 25th will be the day TiVo can actually be used for Sundance viewing.

        Hey...they fixed it.

For the first time in probably 4 years I actually have a Tivo schedule that reflects the Sundance Channel in the Pacific time zone.

Not only can I record a Sundance program on time but the Info button actually displays information relevant to the content.
