Schedule going ot worng email address, Remiders not being sent Posted on Jun 3 2006 at 10:54am by Hello -- I am still not getting my reminders sent to my current e-mail address. Schedules, and the movie discriptions are still going to my old e-mail address even though I changed it months ago.

Thank you for your cooperation and we have removed the requested e-mail from our e-mail database.
Please sign-up for a reminder (picking whatever the first reminder on the schedule page is will speed up the process) and tell us if the removal of this address did actually solve our problem.

It appears that through some kind of fluke, our members database did not update our email data base in your specific case. We have not been yet able to replicate the problem, but we were able to delete your old email address from the database. You should no longer receive email at the hotmail address you specified.
Please try setting up a reminder and let us know if you receive it at your new address.
