I am having a problem with my reminders as well as my schedule e-mailings. The schedules are being e-mailed to my old email address and I am not receiving my reminders at either my old or new address Thanks Nicole

I tried to find out ordering information about "Human Behavior Experiments" but got an "undeliverable, bad destination host" when I sent the message to your store email. Can you answer my question? We're looking into this. sundancechannelstore.com is acutally run by a different company than sundancechannel.com, never-the-less, we will get to the bottom of the problem. Also, it may be nessesary to point out that Sundancechannelstore.com sells only "Sundance" Titles, not just everything we show on our channel. Though many films shown on Sundance Channel are available through either sundancechannelstore.com others are available through sorces such as amazon or other outlets. Unfortunatly though, not everything we show is available on DVD. Usually the best way to find out information like this is through means such as google, as opposed to sundance channel feedback. While we would love to help out where we can, many times we simply have not been provided with certain information about our films. Thanks for watching! - Sundance Channel

I love your Reminders. I use this feature regularly, and I have received them all. My only frustration with this service, is that it doesn't include the films Time or Length. Those of us who use these Reminders to set our Video Recorders, need 3 pieces of information: Date, Time, and Length. So please begin to include program Length(25 mins.,90 mins.,113 mins., etc.) next to the program Title, in the Reminders, for our added convenience. Thank You, Sandy.

Our web team will discuss adding this new functionality, but in the meantime you can always check when a program ends by checking the schedule page for when the next program starts. On the "A Tale of Two Sisters" page at http://www.sundancechannel.com/asiaextreme/?scrdt=1150606800&PHPSESSID=24b76db568331804e1a3625b41237315 the link to the discussion board (http://www.sundancechannel.com/discuss/board.php) brings up this problem "ERROR: missing page param 'ixBoard'", whether I'm logged in or not. Is this something with my security settings or is the webpage messing up?

When trying to use search box on left frame menu, Dune would not show. It only showed if I went through the schedule and found it. Further, the alphabetical search did not pull it up either. This happens regularly with other titles, just wanted to let you know there is a glitch in the program somewhere. Thanks! ~bPh

My channel lineup has Sundance Channel and Sundance Channel (W)-- West? I was sorry on 7/6 to miss Belle De Jour at 10PM. Later, when I switched to SD (W), I found it on, but very near the end. How come this site does not have a schedule to print for Sundance (W), then I would not have missed my second shoot at Belle de Jour? There's no indication on the site pages about Sundance West. No schedule? What's up?

You can view the Schedule for Sundance Channel's West feed by visiting http://www.sundancechannel.com/members [www.sundancechannel.com] and entering your cable provider, then switching the "feed" selection to "west". When you are done and want to view the schedule for the east feed again, simply switch it back. Thanks for watching! - Sundance Channel

Hi! I'm having a problem viewing the photo blogs for the transgeneration reunion. It's not a popup blocker or anything. I just click it and nothing happens. Nothing loads. We have found that this is a quirk concerning our automatic login feature and are now looking into it. It appears that in some cases, the automatic login feature will log you in but fail to recognize your browser session. Since our reminders require both a login and a session to function properly, they will appear to work but will fail to be recorded in our database. Until we can fix this problem permanently, we recommend you clear both your login and your session properties by: 1) logging out (it sounds a little counter-intuitive, but trust us) 2) closing all of your browser windows 3) finally visiting the members page at http://www.sundancechannel.com/members and logging back in. Reminders should then work properly. Thank you for your patience. Our technical team is working to fix this. We had a small technical issue that prevented the November printable descriptions from displaying, but we have fixed this error. You should be able to view them now if you click the link from our schedule page. on the One Punk Under God section, when I am trying to view video for 'Who Is Jay Bakker', only the video plays, but the sound doesn't work. His voice can't be heard speaking. Something must be wrong with your website, for just this part, because I can hear the music for this show, when I first come to the One Punk Under God, and I can hear all the music for Ozwald Boateng, and his music. So its not my computer or speakers; its just something wrong with the Jay Bakker videos.

Why have you apparently discontinued the printable monthly film descriptions and schedule? Up until this month, every month my wife and i would print out the film descriptions for the month and circle a dozen or more movies to watch. This month, however, you did not post these descriptions, so we have watched nothing. Bring the Sundance channel back into our lives, please.

I have tried with three different browsers--Firefox, Safari, IE--to input my phone number (along with city/state/PST) only to be told each time that it's invalid. I've tried xxx xxx-xxxx, I've tried xxxxxxxxxx, I've tried xxx xxxxxxx. The result is that I cannot bring up shedule for PST. PLEASE--what's wrong???

The schedule shows EST. I live in Mountain Standard Time (MST). When I push the link to change to MST it brings up my profile, which is already set to MST.

I write a blog on RE, Sustainability, etc. I love Sundance Content. I grabbed the Sundance Video Widget, chose typepad to load onto my blog, but it shows up on my blog with the big white "Choose A Service" pop-up as if it was being loaded onto another page. I want it to show up and show the videos and the blog. How can I fix this?

very slow site, updating map info does NOT work. Can't delete earlier web info. Wont respond to proper web data. I am VERY disappointed in your site, no wonder there are so few people using it. I had hoped to make connections with kindred souls, but with such an in-efficient site that will never happen. Wake up Sundance!!! that is if you really are serious about helping the earth, or maybe it is just a ploy for more business??!! Does greed run Sundance too??

Hi - I think that your whole website need a revamping - the time it takes to look at the daily schedule is ridiculous, and then you have to wait for the whole thing to reload if you click for more information. What you need is a simple schedule page like TCM or IFC, where the pages load almost instantly. Thanks
