This unusual exercise in Asian horror concentrates on character as it goes behind the walls of a South Korean girls school, where a curious student (Kim Min-sun) has discovered a secret diary. As she delves into its pages, Min-ah learns of a taboo relationship between two of her classmates (Lee Young-jin, Park Yeh-jin) and the emotional pain they have endured. Making their feature film directorial debut, Kim Tae-Yong and Min Kyu-Dong present an emotionally unsettling ghost story that touches on some of the darker corners of Korean culture.
