There is also a mail-in method of entry. 2. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on October 1, 2007 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 1, 2007. All online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on December 1, 2007; all mailed entries must be postmarked by December 1, 2007 and received by December 8, 2007. ELIGIBILITY: Potential prize winner is subject to other verification and eligibility requirements. SELECTION OF WINNER: Sponsor will select One (1) Potential Grand Prize Winner via random drawing on or about December 17, 2007 from among all eligible entries received. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. 5. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The recipient of the Grand Prize will hereinafter be referred to as "Grand Prize Winner". Grand Prize Winner will receive a 3-day/2- night weekend getaway for winner and one guest to one of the following trip destinations of their choice plus $500 spending money: a) Anchorage, Alaska including a visit to Prince William Sound and a fishing trip with one of Alaska's premiere guides. Depending on the geographic location of the Grand Prize Winner, the trip to Anchorage, Alaska (if selected as the trip destination by winner) may be extended up to a 4-day/3-night stay at the discretion of Sponsor. In the event the closest airport to the Grand Prize Winner's home is within 100 miles of the chosen destination city's metropolitan area, prize will not include air transportation from Grand Prize Winner's residence to destination city and no other substitution or compensation will be provided in lieu thereof. Actual value of Grand Prize trip may vary based on trip destination selected, Grand Prize Winner's point of departure and arrival, dates of travel, and air fares at time of booking. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flier miles. Certain blackout dates, travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. All activity/entertainment venues will be selected by Sponsor. In the event that any selected activity/entertainment experience is unable to take place as planned, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then the remaining components of the Grand Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to the Grand Prize Winner, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded. If Grand Prize Winner cannot travel on the dates specified by Sponsor the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected. The Grand Prize Winner's travel companion must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of departure. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and provide travel documents suitable for travel (e.g. acceptable photo ID, passport, visa, etc.). Any tickets awarded are subject to terms and conditions stated on tickets. Travel and hotel are subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. Specifics of Grand Prize travel package and tickets to any of the listed events are subject to availability and are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Complete terms and conditions of Grand Prize trip will be furnished with prize notification. Travel must be made through Sponsor's agent on a carrier of Sponsor's choice and must be booked on or before January 31, 2008. No prizes can be assigned, transferred, changed, or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Income taxes and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. All other expenses relating to acceptance of the Grand Prize that are not explicitly stated herein, including but not limited to ground transportation, in-room charges (e.g. mini-bar, movies), taxes, meals, beverages, alcoholic beverages and gratuities are responsibility of Grand Prize Winner and guest. Other restrictions may apply. 6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: Grand Prize Winner will be notified by phone and/or overnight or regular mail. The Grand Prize Winner must return within seven (7) business days after notification attempt an Affidavit of Eligibility (including social security number) and winner and a travel companion must return a Liability/Publicity Release signed before a notary public. Failure of Grand Prize Winner to return the aforementioned material within the specified time period may result in Grand Prize Winner's forfeiture of the Grand Prize and selection of alternate Grand Prize Winner from remaining eligible entries. By accepting any prize, Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel companion consent to the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and winning entry for promotional, advertising, publicity or trade purposes in any and all media worldwide in perpetuity by Sponsor and Bacardi U.S.A.
